Chocolate Kahlua Cake

Awesomely delicious chocolate Kahlua cake sprinkled with powdered sugar. Delicious warm or cool. Great for any occasion. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines or other brand)
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding (4oz box)
  • 1/3 cup Kahlua
  • 1/3 cup vodka
  • 3/4 cup strong coffee (coffee needs to be cooled before mixing with other ingredients)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Spray Bundt pan lightly with Pam (or similar brand)

  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

  4. Beat with mixer for approximately 3 minutes (do not over mix)

  5. Pour into Bundt pan

  6. Bake about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

  7. Cool for 15 minutes

  8. Remove from Bundt pan

  9. Dust with powdered sugar when cool
